• $3,000,000.00 - Business Liability - Settlement for client who sustained a gunshot injury to her spine in a robbery outside a business establishment in Charlotte. The business was sued for failing to provide adequate security for its customers (Mecklenburg County, 2000).
  
  

• $1,000,000.00 - Wrongful Death - trial verdict for client whose husband was killed on the premises of a local cab company by a fellow employee who had repeatedly threatened to harm other employees. Client was a truck driver who had arrived at the defendant's loading dock to haul the trailer.
